Growing up on a herb farm, I learnt the process of distillation from the ground up from an early age helping at the distillery, watching it change over the years. 
With all the crops we have grown over the years, I have always had a love for  Chamomile. My summers filled every year harvesting this amazing plant for its pure and natural essential oil since I can remember.

The variety we grow here is a rather special plant stock. Some of the plants are 40 years old. They lie dormant through out the winter months, waiting for the weather to settle. Then suddenly springing to life in late spring, growing slowly till they carpet the fields with white flowers in summer. The chamomile blooms fully in late July & August which is when we harvest. 

Life crept on, the farming business grew and then the boys arrived with my eldest in 2015. They have all grown up within the farming world. Even helping monitor the distillery with us when they were babes in arms whilst the Chamomile was being distilled. 

Since they were tiny we have been using the Chamomile oil directly into their baths.  
Adding 2-3 drops into the bath water as it ran whilst filling the whole bathroom with aroma. 
It helped enormously with its calming properties and the boys sleep. 
We really started using it more regularly in lockdown because the youngest of the three boys suffered from dry and eczema like skin. 

He was born just before lockdown and with nothing readily available I used the Roman Chamomile Oil in his bath religiously to help calm the irritation and itchiness.

The boys now run the baths themselves and always pop in it. The house fills with scent now most evenings. The Chamomile oil is now showing real signs that it helps our family and others with better sleep.
Especially when life isn’t always going to plan it helps calm everyone’s systems down.
We are finding that using it in the bath and with a drop or spritz on the pillow, bed time rituals are helping with good nights sleep. 

The brand we started is a way for everyone to have a bottle of the oil in their homes. For good rest, recoup and for all to enjoy a full nights sleep.
