Growing up on a herb farm, and from an early age learning the process of the distillery from the ground up, I have always had a love for Chamomile. My summers filled with it every year since I can remember. 

The fields lying dormant in the winter months to springing back to life in late spring, ready for a the carpet of white flowers blooming in the summer months of July & August. 

Life crept on and the boys arrived with my eldest in 2015. They have all grown up using Chamomile oil directly into their baths. Starting when the eldest was about 6 months old, we just added drops into the bath water as it ran. Filling the whole bathroom with aroma. 
It helped enormously with its calming properties and the boys sleep. 
We really started using it more regularly because their younger brother suffered from dry and eczema like skin as a baby.

He was born just before lockdown and with nothing readily available I used the Roman Chamomile Oil in his bath to help calm the irritation and itchiness. As well as helping everyone sleep. It really did start making a difference to his skin. 
We still religiously use it in the bath with everyone. The boys now run the baths themselves and always pop in it. The house fills with scent now most evenings.
